01. Coordinate with Previous Manager
Coordinate with previous management company or owner to obtain lease documents, tenant contact information, & current rent roll.
02. Introduction to Tenant(s)
We will reach out to the current tenants to introduce ourselves and let them know what to expect during the transition period.
03. Property Inspection
We will perform an initial Property Inspection to ensure we have updated information regarding the current condition of the property and to familiarize ourselves with the property.
