01. On-Boarding
Property inspection, management documents, HOA documents (if applicable), online portal access, introductions to tenants, property management software setup, & city rental license compliance.
04. Lease Renewal & Amendment Fees
Fee placeholder. Lease renewal includes onsite inspection.
02. Payment Schedule
Owner Payments are disbursed on the 10th day of each month (or the next business day if the 10th lands on a weekend or Holiday).
03. Maintenance
Coordinating vendors & providing access to unit. Property Reserves & owner approval over $150 per unit.
